Creation of communication material for a Wedding Planner Malibu Events

For this project, I had the opportunity to create a series of communication materials for a wedding planner, including a business card, an Instagram post and a wedding invitation card. These designs were intended to reflect the elegance and refinement that the wedding planner wished to convey to her clients.

Business card

The business card I designed features a minimalist, sophisticated design. I chose a soft, neutral color palette, mainly shades of beige and taupe, to evoke an atmosphere of calm and sophistication. The text is printed in elegant, classic typography, offering optimal legibility while adding a touch of distinction. The addition of a QR code facilitates access to online information, modernizing the traditional business card.

Instagram post

For the Instagram post, I created a visual collage that showcases a variety of wedding inspirations. Each image is carefully selected to represent different aspects of a dream wedding - from floral decorations to intimate moments between the bride and groom. The layout of the images is designed to capture attention while telling a coherent visual story. Natural colors and soft hues are used to maintain visual harmony on the wedding planner's Instagram profile, reinforcing her brand image.

Wedding invitation card

The wedding invitation card is undoubtedly the centerpiece of this series of creations. I opted for a charcoal gray background embellished with delicate floral motifs in white, adding a touch of timeless elegance. Sophisticated, classic typography is used for the bride and groom's names and event details, creating a striking contrast with the background. The addition of a wax seal and white ribbon lends a tactile dimension and a sense of exclusivity to the invitation.

 

Each communication medium was designed with careful attention to detail, using soothing colors and elegant typography to create an overall ambiance of refinement and luxury. My goal was to provide the wedding planner with tools that not only met her functional needs, but also reinforced her brand image as a high-end wedding planning professional.
