Creation of an Event Poster for an Antique Car Show: Vintage in Black and White

As part of my graphic designer at GRAPHICS by XENESYI had the pleasure of working on an exciting project: the creation of a event poster VINTAGE CAR for a classic car gathering. This unique event deserves a poster to match its prestige, capturing the elegance and timeless charm of the vehicles on display.

Color

For this project, I chose a monochrome color palette, using shades of black, gray and white. This aesthetic decision was directly inspired by the vintage car era, when black and white photographs were the norm. Shades of black add depth and sophistication to the poster, while shades of gray add subtle detail and contrast. White, used for negative spaces and text, ensures clear, uncluttered legibility.

Photo montage technique

As a graphic designer specializing in event postersI used photo montage techniques to bring this poster to life. By combining images of vintage cars with vintage graphic elements, I was able to create a visually striking and coherent composition. Photo montage allows different visual elements to be superimposed and merged, creating a dynamic, nostalgic scene that immediately attracts the attention of vintage car enthusiasts.
